Couples Coaching Service Specifics
55 minute coaching session* $245
Email support between sessions is included.
*4 minimum sessions is recommended to identify type, patterns within the type, determine new strategies for getting needs met, and creating relationship collect goals.
What a coaching session looks like
Partners arrive into the session in-person or via Zoom.
Together we discuss the current areas of concern and explore how each partner’s personality type informs the problem.
We then work to find common ground around the solution to the problems being discussed and we develop a plan.
Common areas of focus: communication, boundaries, self-advocacy, work/life balance, and mismatched goals.
Meet your relationship guide, Wilder
I have been a couples and family therapist for over 15 years. That experience has honed my ability to identify patterns of communication and behavior that cause couples and families to feel stuck.
In 2021 I began training as an Enneagram practitioner, which has deepened my ability to spot personality patterns and help couples find their way out of them so they can seek deeper connection.
I’m here to guide you and your partner towards greater intimacy and personal growth using the Enneagram as a shared map to get you there.

Enneagram Couples Coaching is a specialized form of relationship coaching that uses the Enneagram–a personality typology identifying nine distinct personality types–as a framework to help couples understand and navigate their relationship patterns. This approach focuses on each partner’s core motivations, fears, strengths, and challenges, providing insights into why they respond, communicate, and connect the way they do.

Coaching emphasizes personal growth and understanding through the lens of the Enneagram. It’s more forward-focused, helping couples understand each other better and help each other grow.
Couples Therapy aims to address specific problems affecting the relationship, which may include past traumas, unresolved conflicts, or destructive patterns of behavior that cause harm. Therapy is more problem-oriented, and often focused on repairing issues from the past.

Expect to be challenged individually and within the relationship. The Enneagram helps individuals to identify their strengths, but also their patterns that create disconnection with their partner. The primary focus of our work will be on learning to see, be accountable to, and, eventually, change behaviors that reduce connection.

Coaching is not a medical or health care expense. As such, it cannot be billed through insurance.

Coaching is designed for couples or partners who are committed to growth and connection within the relationship, but who may be currently struggling to connect as deeply as they would like. It is not designed for couples who are needing to address past relationship trauma or who are considering divorce. Couples who are considering divorce are best suited for couples therapy or seeing a divorce mediator who can help the couple reduce the pain and suffering resulting from the parental and logistical implications of divorce.
